Additional Information

Please note that exhibitors must register on the exhibitor registration form only. One conference registration is included with each booth purchase, additional registrations are $299 each if you pre-register or $350 each if you register additional attendees onsite. Non-exhibitors or representatives of non-exhibiting companies who are not MAC Associate Members may not register as attendees. So what we’re telling you…is that this might be a great time to join!

After you have finished filling the request form, attach and email to debbie.lauzon@westinaustindowntown.com.

NOTE: Someone must be present at your booth to accept delivery.  Delivery will be delayed two hours if no one is present. Services offered include electrical, cleaning, audio visual, rigging and hanging signs, food & beverage, plant & floral, and business service.


Supplier Hours

Tuesday, May 30

  • 11:00 am – Exhibitor set up begins
  • 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm – Opening reception (To be hosted pool-side, Exhibitors are encouraged to attend!)

Wednesday, May 31

  • 8:30 am - Breakfast with Suppliers
  • 10:15 am - 10:40 am - Supplier Networking
  • Break
  • 12 pm - Lunch with Suppliers
  • 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Booth Crawl. Food and drink are stationed throughout the exhibitor area. You can sponsor to have a station at your booth to help encourage conversation and meet and greet between exhibitors and attendees.

Thursday, June 1

  • 8:15 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast with Suppliers
  • 10:30 am - 11:00 am - Supplier Networking Break
  • 12:30 am - 1:15 pm - Lunch with Suppliers
  • 2:00 pm- 2:30 pm - Supplier Networking Break (Suppliers must breakdown between 2:30 and 3:30 or after 4:30.)

Awards dinner cocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm, with dinner beginning at 6:30 pm.
